Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return due to a defect or error, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover any applicable return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Personal care products.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement where available or issue a full refund.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. These rights will apply where legally required.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for products that are confirmed to be:
- Defective.
- Damaged during delivery.
- Incorrectly shipped.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
